Bharatiya Mahila Bank is an Indian financial services banking company situated in New Delhi. It was inaugurated by the former prime minister of India Manmohan Singh on 19th of November,2013. The bank allows deposits to flow from everyone, but lending will be predominantly for women. The is opened specially for women so that women’s can get employment and equal status in the society. In India, only 26% of women have an account with a formal financial institution, compared with 46% of men. For making it equal on both side government of India has opened this bank. The bank will also place more emphasis on funding for skills developments to help in economic activity.  The products will be designed in a manner to give a slight concession on loan rates to women. The initial capital of the bank is Rs 1,000 crores. The Bank currently has 80 branches and is planning to open more than 700 branches within the span of 2 years. Currently Bharatiya Mahila Bank’s branches are located at the following places- Mumbai-Nariman Point, Central Mumbai-Ghatkopar, Thane, Pune, Patna, Noida, Chandigarh, Bhubaneshwar, Panchkula, Kochi, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Indore, Bhopal, New Delhi-Nehru Palace, New Delhi-Model Town, Chandigarh, Gurgaon, Patna, Ranchi, Raipur, Kolkata, Guwahati, Shimla, Shillong, Gangtok, Thiruvananthapuram, Chennai, Coimbatore.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA(QUALIFICATION)

FOR CLERK: Candidates applying for the post of clerk must have completed there graduation from recognized university/board.

FOR PROBATIONARY OFFICER: Candidates applying for the post of P.O must have completed there graduation with a minimum of 55% marks from recognized university board.

FOR ASSISTANT MANAGER: Candidates applying for this post must have completed there graduation or post graduation with a minimum of 55% marks from recognized university/board. They should have at least 3 years experience in banking sector.

FOR MANAGER: Candidates applying for this post must have completed there post graduation in any stream with a minimum of 60% marks from any recognized university/board. They should have atleast 5 years experience in banking sector.

AGE LIMIT

CLERK:  Candidates who are applying for this post must be between the age  of 18 to 27 years of age and should not be exceeding more than that.

PROBATIONARY OFFICER: Candidates applying for the post must be between the age of 20 to 27 years of age and there’s age should not be exceeding more than that.

ASSISTANT MANAGER: Candidates applying for the post must be between the age of 30 to 40 years of age and should not be exceeding more than that.

MANAGER: Candidates applying for the post must be  between the age of 30 to 45 years of age and should not be exceeding more than that.

SALARY STRUCTURE

CLERK: The average pay for a Bank Clerk is Rs 203,313 per year.

P.O: The average pay for a Probationary  Officer is Rs 333,668 per year.

ASSISTANT MANAGER: The average pay for an Assistant Bank Manager is Rs 388,804 per year.

MANAGER: A Manager earns an average salary of Rs 589,399 per year.
