Haryana Board Exam Date Sheet 2017 – Check HSE 10th 12th Time Table


The Haryana Board of School Education (HBSE), (हरियाणा विधालय शिक्षा बोर्ड) (Est: 1969) is the authority which conducts the Public Examinations at Middle, Matric (Secondary or High Schhool) and Senior Secondary School (Academic & Vocational) levels twice a year in the state of Haryana through the affiliated schools.  The board conducts examinations twice in a year for Class 8th, 10th and 12th. The first semester exams conduct in September while second semester exam conduct in the month of March. The Results declare within 1–2 months after the exams. The board also annually conducts the Haryana D.Ed (Diploma in Education) entrance exam for students of Senior Secondary to admission into the D.Ed Course of two years.  Apart from tests above, HBSE also conducts the Haryana Teachers Eligibility Test (HTET) time to time. The integral part of the HBSE, Haryana Open School (HOS) conducts on demand examination, annual and supplementary examinations at secondary and senior secondary levels. The main aim of HOS to provide education to all those who are beyond the reach of formal education due to anysocial,financial and other reaso.

SECONDARY EXAMINATION (CLASS X):-

The examinations are conducted twice in a year under semester system in accordance with the syllabi prescribed by the Board. 20 marks of continuous & comprehensive evaluation, have been allotted in each subject. After passing the examination, a certificate of qualification is awarded by the Board.

ELIGIBILITY

For Regular students  : 

  • All regular students of X class of Govt./recognized Secondary/Senior Secondary School who have passed IX class examination as regular student and have completed not less than 50% of the total attendances in Ist semester and 75% in 2nd semester of class X and should have an Enrolment No. of this Board.
  • A certificate of good character duly certified by the Head of the Institution is also essential for all regular candidates to make them eligible for all examinations held by the Board.

For Ex-Student Candidates:

(a) Candidates who have not qualified or placed under Re- appear.

(b) A candidate who has qualified the examination may appear in one additional subject.

(c) A candidate who has qualified the examination may appear for partial/ full improvement.

QUALIFYING CRITERIA

In order to earn the Certificate of Qualification, a candidate will have to qualify in the following five subjects of external examination separately in each semester:

  • i) Hindi (First Language);
  • ii) English (Second Language);
  • iii) Mathematics,
  • iv) Social Science; and
  • v) Science

In order to qualify in a subject, he/she will have to obtain at least 33% marks (marks in external examination + marks in CCE + marks in Practical) provided that he/she

  • obtains at least 33% marks separately in the external examination
  • obtains at least 33% marks separately in Practical, if any

GRACE : In both semesters separately, 1% grace (per subject appeared) will be given for qualifying (i.e. for getting 33% marks) in as many subjects as possible, and not for improving grade in each semester separately.

Reappear : Candidates will be placed under reappear in those subjects in which they do not qualify. However, they will be given 2 chances in the next two subsequent examinations after second semester. One extra reappear chance for first semester papers will be given along with the second semester.

ADMIT CARD :  Students can get their haryana Board 10th hall Ticket 2016 Onlinefrom the official site of Haryana Board as well as from their respective Schools. If students find any need of moderation, then they should contact concerned authorities at least 20 days before the Exam.

SENIOR SECONDARY EXAMINATION (CLASS XII):-

The examinations are conducted  twice in a year under semester system in accordance with the syllabi prescribed by the Board. 20 marks of continuous & comprehensive  evaluation, have been allotted in each subject. After passing the examination, a certificate of qualification is awarded  by the Board.

Eligibility  :  All regular students of XII class (+2) of Govt./recognized Senior Secondary School who have passed XI class as regular students and have completed not less than 50% of the total attendances in 1st semester and 75% in 2nd semester have an enrolment No. of this Board.

Note :  A certificate of good character duly certified by the Head of the Institution is also essential for all regular candidates to make them eligible for all examinations held by the Board.

For Ex-Student Candidates:
