The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) is the state organization authorized to conduct the various examination for appointments to the various posts. Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission constituted under the provision of the U.P. Subordinate Services Selection Commission Act 2014. The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) came into existence in November, 1988 as UPSSS board with its headquarters at Lucknow. In 1990 it was converted into Commission. Its aim is recruiting candidates to various services in the state. Every year UPSSSC conducts Examination for recruitment of Eligible Candidates in its Organization. For example – (i) Junior Assistant Examination, (ii)Conductor Examination, (iii) Stenographer Examination, (iv) Clerk, (v) Forest Guard, (vi) Boring Technician, (vii) Lekhpal, (viii) Pharmacist. This year also Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UPSSSC), has released Recruitment Notification Officially in its main site www.upsssc.gov.in and invites online applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of 5274 Junior Assistant (Kanishtha Sahayak) in Various Departments. The online application form is available in website from 10 February 2016 to 04 March 2016. The candidates must be 18 years old and not more than 40 years old to apply online for UPSSSC Junior Assistant Recruitment 2016. As per the Qualification the applicants must be 12th Passed, and must possess Typing Speed in Hindi (25 wpm) & English (30 wpm) and CCC Certificate from DOEACC Society. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :-
Educational Qualification : Candidates must must have passed 10+2 (Intermediate) examination from recognized board.
Extra Qualification : Candidates must possess CCC certificate from DOEACC society OR Diploma in Computer Application from a recognised institution, and have Hindi typing speed of 25 Wpm and English typing speed of 30 Wpm on Computer.
Age Limit : The Applying Candidates must be minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on application closing date. Age relaxation applicable for reserved category candidates as per Uttar Pradesh Govt Rules and regulations.
APPLICATION FEE :-
- General/OBC Candidates have to pay Rs 105/- as an application fee (Non Refundable)
- SC/ST Category Candidates of Uttar Pradeshwill have to pay Rs. 65/- as application fee and Rs.25/- for PD Candidates

Exam Syllabus for Junior Assistant written Exam is given below :-
Hindi Insight & Writing Ability : The questions will be asked from the candidates to test their knowledge of Hindi Language and comprehension and writing ability.
General Intelligence Test : The purpose of this is the ability to test the candidate’s understanding of a new situation, analyze and identify its various elements. Questions in this test will be based on the Understanding and explore instructions, relationships, similarities, consistent, conclusions and actions etc.
NOTE :- Questions may ask from the following Topics : Questions will be asked from analogies, similarities and differences, spatial visualization, spatial orientation, problem solving, analysis, judgement, decision making, visual memory, discrimination, observation, relationship concepts, arithmetic reasoning, verbal and figure classification, arithmetical number series, non-verbal series, coding and decoding, statement conclusion, syllogistic reasoning.
General Knowledge : This part of question paper is to assess the candidates’ ability regarding general knowledge about his/her surroundings and about its use in society. In this test such a question which will be kept to check current events and everyday science and the facts of experience which may include historical and geographical facts. (Specially Related to India) and judged them to the knowledge of the scientific aspects, which can be expected of any educated person.
NOTE:- Question will be asked from Indian History, Indian Polity, Current Events, Geography, Economy etc. Focus will be on Current national & International events, banking, sports etc.
EXAM PATTERN :-
The written test will be multiple choice objective type.
1. Time duration for written test will be 01:30 hours (90 minutes).
2. There will also be a typing test of qualifying nature after written test.

ADMIT CARD :-
The UPSSSC Commission will announce a date for taking the test after the registration process is completed and UPSSSC Junior Assistant Admit Card 2016 will be issued online for the concerned applicants well before the test date. The candidates will download the Hall ticket from official website only.
FINAL SELECTION :-
The qualifying candidates in the Written Exam will be called for Interview to be held as the final round of selection. The selection of the candidates will be based on cut off marks., if the candidates scores more than the cut off marks then they will be eligible for the next process and then they would be consider for the other selection process, and then candidates will then be able to get the post for which they had applied.

- Find out Notifications/Advertisements tab and select it.
- Navigate to Advertisement No. 04- EXAM/2016 and click on View Advertisement link.
- Download the Official Notification and read it carefully before applying online.
- Get back to Notifications/Advertisements page and select Apply button for Jr Assistant.
- Fill up the Online Application Form with required details.
- Pay the Application Fee as applicable, the Fee can be paid through E-Challan or i-Collect.
- Upload your Photo and Signature as asked.
- Submit the Application online on completion.
- Save your Application Registration Number for reference.
